A standard adult ticket to Eltham Palace and Gardens costs £20.00 on the day in 2026, or £17.00 when booked advance online without the optional donation. Children, concessions, families and English Heritage members all pay less, with members entering free. Prices below are per person, in £ GBP, and reflect the 2026 season.

English Heritage lists every ticket with an optional donation added. The "with donation" price includes a small Gift Aid-style contribution to the charity; the "without donation" column is the base ticket price.

Prices are per person and include admission to the Art Deco house, Great Hall, gardens and audio guide. Rates checked against the English Heritage published price list for the 2026 season.

Occasional early closures for private events are listed on the ticket desk and English Heritage website. On those days the gardens usually stay open even when the house closes early.
Discounts and membership
English Heritage annual membership (from £64 per adult in 2026) covers unlimited free entry to Eltham and more than 400 other properties. If you plan to visit Eltham more than twice or combine it with sites like Dover Castle or Down House, membership is almost always the cheaper option. National Art Pass holders receive 50% off the standard entry price. Blue Badge holders receive free entry for one companion.
